Madison is a registered nurse with over seven years of experience. She began in oncology nursing at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, then moved into medical aesthetics, injectables and plastic surgery. She guides patients through their whole surgical journey, from pre-operative to post-op care, and through non-surgical treatments.

Jennifer is one of the first faces you see when you walk into the clinic. She has worked in the cosmetic industry for 10 years and looks after patients from the first phone call to the last follow-up appointment, with the information and details needed along the way.

Patient coordinator
Olivia has over three years of experience as a patient coordinator, with a background in patient care, organization and communication. She is often the first point of contact for new and returning patients, and helps from the first call to the day of surgery and beyond.
